Free Shipping – Always

All orders ship free — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Shipping is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority

🕒 Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipping.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Secure Packaging

We treat your cards like our own. Every shipment is securely packed to ensure your items arrive in mint condition:

Single cards: Sleeved, top-loaded, and/or team bagged
Sealed product: Shipped in original packaging with padding
Bulk orders: Packed in sturdy boxes with protective materials

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your TCGMonster.com account.

International Shipping

While domestic shipping is always free, international shipping;

Available to all countries
Subject to duties, VAT, and customs regulations in your country

Delivery may take 7–14 business days for international orders.

Delivery Issues

If your order is:

Delayed or missing: Contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged in transit: Send clear photos of the packaging and items within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note, we are not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses
Carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.)
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after their official release date.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together when all items are available unless otherwise specified.
