Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or Preorder Items: These may take additional time and will be clearly noted in the product description.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking info when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including:

International Shipping
Delivery is WORLDWIDE. Please note:
You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in your country.
International delivery times vary and may be delayed due to customs processing.
Tracking & Delivery
All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly or file a police report if necessary.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or delivery failure:
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order may be refunded minus shipping costs.
Preorders & Backorders
If your order includes a preorder item:
The entire order will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
Estimated release or ship dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.
