Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Opened or tampered booster packs, sealed boxes, or singles

Mystery boxes, grab bags, or custom lots

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will:

Issue a refund to your original payment method (processing time: 3–7 business days), or

Offer store credit if you prefer to exchange or shop again
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item(s), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement, refund, or credit.
