 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns on:

    • Opened or tampered booster packs, sealed boxes, or singles

    • Mystery boxes, grab bags, or custom lots

    • Digital products or download codes


 Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method (processing time: 3–7 business days), or

  • Offer store credit if you prefer to exchange or shop again

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item(s), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement, refund, or credit.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a tracked service. You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
